Telisa is the leading tattoo artist on the Palouse, with nearly 30 years of tattooing experience.
She has been a member of the Alliance of Professional Tattooists since 1998. The APT is an organization whose sole purpose is to educate tattoo artists on safe tattooing and blood-bourne pathogens. She served on the board of directors and is currently the Idaho State representative.
With decades of experience in the tattoo industry, Telisa has a multitude of awards both nationally and internationally
Cera has known since the age of 12 that she wanted to follow in her mother's footsteps.
She chose to do her 7th grade career day project on tattooing!
She began her apprenticeship after graduating high school in 2000.
Then in 2007, Cera travelled to Utah to tattoo at ASI Tattoo in Salt Lake City.
5 years later, Cera returned to Moscow to work along side her family again.
Cera loves to create living art and couldn’t dream of a better job.
Parker is the body piercer and next generation of talent to join the crew.
He is the son of Cera and grandson of owner/artist Telisa Swan.
Trained by former Swan Family talent, Parker has been very quick to pick up the skill and is very confident, kind and patient. with his clients.
He creates an atmosphere that is informative, calm and precise and has been a wonderful addition to the family business.
